Commissioned by a client to match some existing contemporary furniture, this sideboard, combining solid wood and glass incorporates a drinks cabinet behind 2 bottom drawer facades. The wild beauty of the spalted beech is brought out to the full. |

Detail of drawer and secret drink cabinet front. We choose each piece of wood to be used in a piece of furniture such as this sideboard, with great care. The pattern of the wood grain is assessed and chosen for its appropriateness as part of the overall furniture design and the finished look. |
